Evelyn Carrie Miller Brantley, 87, of Woodbine, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, July 2, 2026. She was born in Woodbine, Georgia on January 23, 1939, to the late Len Charles Miller and Marion Strickland Miller. She was a member of Woodbine Church of God.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband: Eugene Talmadge Brantley, Sr.; daughters: Charlotte Victoria Dixon and Melissa Darlene Brantley; sisters: Elizabeth Johnson and Freida Hart; and brother: Charles Miller.

She is survived by her daughter: Marion Lou Porter; son: Eugene Brantley, Jr. (Taylor); 12 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, at Colesburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
