Julie Anne Lowe Harrell, 72, of Kingsland, Georgia passed away on July 15, 2026. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on August 21, 1953, to Robert Curtis Lowe, Sr. and Hilda Jean Booth Lowe. Julie received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the FCCJ. She dedicated her life to being a registered nurse.

She is preceded in death by her mother: Hilda Jeanne Lowe; husband: John H. Harrell, Sr.; and son: John H. Harrell, Jr.

She is survived by her father: Robert C. Lowe, Sr.; children: John Curtis (Tonya) Harrell and David (Sarah) Harrell; daughter-in-law: Denise Harrell; brothers: John Eric (Holly) Lowe and Robert Curtis Lowe, Jr.; 7 grandchildren: Mallory Harrell, Jessie Harrell, Chandler Johnson, Cloe Johnson, Joshua Harrell, Brian Harrell and Lorrie Harrell; 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Shepard-Roberson Funeral Home – Camden Chapel. Burial will follow at Lawnwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
