William Franklin McCall, 70, of Kingsland, Georgia, passed away peacefully at his residence on October 12, 2026. He was born on March 26, 1956, in Live Oak, Florida to the late Marvin and Margaret McCall

William proudly served his country in the United States Navy. His faith was an important part of his life, and he loved Jesus and faithfully read his Bible every day. Above all, William cherished his family. He was a devoted husband, loving father, and proud Papa and Grandpa. Known for his kind and gentle soul, he had a way of making everyone feel welcome. He loved talking with people, never had an unkind word to say, and touched the lives of those around him through his warmth and generosity. He adored his wife and took great pride in providing for and caring for his family. His love, kindness, and unwavering devotion will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, William was preceded in death by his brothers, Thomas, Jim, and Littleton.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Debra Ann Harkness McCall; his children, Tiffany (Martin) Basford, Jason (Tiffany) McCall, Heather (Brian) Davis, and Robert (Leslie) Mitchell; his sister-in-law, Becky McCall; seven cherished grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

William will be remembered for his deep faith, gentle spirit, generous heart, and the unconditional love he gave his family. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched and the family he loved so dearly.

Memorialization will be by cremation.
